You've got 10 days from when your order lands to request a return! Just make sure your item is unopened, with tags on, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, it should be unused. Keep your receipt handy to make the return process smooth and simple. We've got you covered!

Please note: Returns are only accepted if the item is incorrect or faulty.

How to start a return

1. Reach Out to Us: Start by emailing us at cs@kbeautyx.com with your order details and a clear photo of the product’s condition. Since we handle beauty and hygiene products, we review each request to keep things smooth and efficient. 

2. Get the Go-Ahead: Once we approve your return, we'll send you instructions for sending your item back to us.

3. Send It Back: Pack your item securely, and follow the provided instructions to ship it to us.

Just a heads-up: we cover return shipping on select items. If your return isn’t eligible, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.


Bulk Order
Bulk orders are placed specifically for each buyer and are offered at wholesale or discounted pricing. These orders are produced and shipped based on confirmed quantities, must clear customs, and are not stocked as general inventory. For these reasons, returns or refunds cannot be accepted once an order is confirmed and processed.

Bulk orders refer to purchases made in large quantities, discounted volume pricing, or orders placed for commercial, resale, or wholesale purposes.
Bulk orders are treated as commercial transactions and are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback once the order is confirmed.

Bulk Orders and Procurement:
Bulk orders are treated as procurement-based commercial transactions.
Due to the large quantities involved, bulk orders are fulfilled only after order confirmation and are not shipped from pre-existing inventory. Once a bulk order is confirmed, we place a corresponding order with our suppliers and proceed with international shipping, customs clearance, and import duties, all of which incur non-reversible costs. For this reason, bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or chargeback, except in cases of product damage or defect.



Final Sale & Discounted Items Policy

Discounted pricing is offered under special purchasing conditions and reflects reduced margins. As a result, discounted items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, once an order has been confirmed. We encourage buyers to carefully review all product details, quantities, and pricing before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding discounted items prior to purchase, our team is happy to assist.

Discounted items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks.

- Product Defects: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll take care of the return or exchange shipping.

- Wrong Item: If we accidentally send the wrong product, we’ll cover shipping to get the correct one to you.

🫣 Here’s when return shipping costs aren’t covered:

- Change of Mind: If you decide it’s not for you, return shipping’s on you.

- Wrong Pick: If you ordered the right item but it’s not what you expected, you’ll need to cover the return.

- Hygiene Products: For health reasons, we can’t cover returns for opened or used beauty items.

- Missed Window: Returns after the 10-day mark are on you for shipping.

- Address Oops: If the address was incorrect and it’s returned or lost, shipping isn’t covered.

 

What Happens Next?

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll update you on the status of your refund.

- If everything’s good to go, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. It might take up to 3 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

If you want to exchange something, it’s easiest to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. That way, you’ll get what you want, super quick!

 

Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?

- If your order is damaged or you got the wrong item, hit us up ASAP—we’ll fix it for you!

- Just FYI: dents or damage to the box from shipping don’t count as product damage. Since our items travel far, including overseas, some marks on the outer packaging can happen, but it doesn’t affect what’s inside.

- A few things, like sale items, gift cards, and some personal care products, can't be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Not sure about something? Just reach out and ask!

- Remember to contact us before sending anything back. California's strict hygiene laws mean all returns need to be approved first.
