1. Press and hold the ON/OFF power button to turn on EMS (Low-frequency microcurrent) + RF (High-frequency) + LED red light (Near-infrared) in default mode.
- EMS microcurrent level 1 + red light indicator (bottom-most light) will illuminate.

Press the ON/OFF power button again:
