Fresh green tea Sejak is a traditional Korean tea made from new shoots picked between Gokwoo, which signals the start of the farming season, and Ipha, the beginning of summer. It is also called Jakseolcha because the tea leaves resemble a sparrow's tongue. Sejak has an excellent deep fragrance and savory and bittersweet taste, and the tea water has a clear green color. According to Donguibogam, Sejak helps lower energy, clears the mind, and promotes digestion and diuresis, helping treat diabetes.
Green tea is rich in polyphenols with antioxidant properties and catechins with anti-inflammatory properties, which are beneficial to people.
There are 50 pouches in the box, each containing
2g of green tea. After cooling the cut water to room temperature for 1-2 minutes, steep one tea bag for 2 minutes and drink to enjoy the refreshing taste of nature.
